Exchanged phone calls and emails with Tracy Porter's husband, John Porter, about getting a refund on a returned item. I had tried to get the money from the store, but they said a "hold" was on all returns. John Porter promised to return my money, verbally, and in print, but know I understand that he was just stringing me along. He never answered my last emails. I do not believe John Porter or his company had any intention of giving the money back.
